In August 2014, the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement (ACHI) began a formal stakeholder engagement process to solicit input on the development of the Arkansas APCD. The stakeholder group is made up of an APCD Advisory Council, Technical Workgroup, and Policy Workgroup. The stakeholder group is diverse—representing consumers, providers, carriers, healthcare organizations, state agencies, and legislators.
